Welcome to Bible is True – Archaeology

For the past 150 years, archaeological examinations have been conducted at thousands of sites throughout the Middle East. The findings help prove events, people, and places that existed over 2,000 years ago and give us insight into the life, culture, and history of the biblical world. First off, a definition of archaeology:

So as you can see, archaeology is the study of people and cultures by analyzing artifacts, inscriptions, monuments, and other such items. Therefore, this section will revolve around archaeological findings of ancient artifacts that give strong evidence of the validity of the Bible. Dr. J. O. Kinnaman said:

Of the hundred of thousands of artifacts found by the archeologists, not one has ever been discovered that contradicts or denies one word, phrase, clause, or sentence of the Bible, but always confirms and verifies the facts of the biblical record.

We hope this section informs and challenges your current thoughts on ancient history and gives you a better understanding of stories in the Bible by giving you something physical to look at as proof.
